I am sharing the new ruffle design I just finished last night!I think it came out adorable, everything is done by hand
including the ruffle detailing row by row! I have it listed on www.cutecovers.net.This is the 3rd design I have done in the new ruffle style I just introduced early in December, check out the other 2 below:
